New PhoneUP 4.10 is equipped with the API to call and screen recording module

Now you can use PhoneUP API to integrate call recording module with 3-rd party enterprise software.

PhoneUP 4.10 is released.

The major feature of the new version is the API
to Call and Screen Recording module.

You can use this API to access call recordings from 3rd-party software:
- connect to PhoneUP with preconfigured user account,
- get the list of recordings based on certain criterias,
- export audio files along with the call meta data.

So, the client page in your CRM may have the list of calls with this client embedded into the page.

Your speech analytics software may access PhoneUP database and extract calls filtered by date, agent, skill group etc.
